  2. Outside Dhaka

    • Delivery Charge: 130 Taka
    • Delivery Time: 48-72 hours
    • For customers outside Dhaka, we ensure timely delivery to your location through trusted courier services.

  • Delivery times are calculated from the date of order confirmation.

  • ঢাকার মধ্যে অর্ডার করা পণ্য দ্রুত আপনার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়।

২. ঢাকার বাইরে

  • ডেলিভারি চার্জ: ১৩০ টাকা
  • ডেলিভারি সময়: ৪৮-৭২ ঘণ্টা
  • ঢাকার বাইরের ক্রেতাদের জন্য আমরা নির্ভরযোগ্য কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে আপনার পণ্য পৌঁছে দেই।

Refund Eligibility

  1. Product-Based Refunds Only

    • Refunds are applicable solely based on the condition of the product received.

  2. Physically Damaged Products

    • If the product is physically damaged upon delivery, you may request a refund. However, it is mandatory to record an unboxing video from the start to the end to serve as proof of damage.

Important Notes

  • The unboxing video must clearly show the product packaging, the process of unboxing, and the damaged product.
  • Refund requests without a proper unboxing video will not be considered valid.
  • Refund claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

    • Returns are accepted only for products that are physically damaged during transit.
    • Unboxing Video Required: Returns will be considered valid only if an unboxing video (from start to end) is provided as proof of damage.

  2. Conditions for Returns

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
    • Tampered, used, or altered products will not be eligible for returns.

  3. Return Window

    • All return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Exchange

    • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products and are subject to stock availability.
    • Proof of damage or defect through an unboxing video is mandatory.

  2. Non-Exchangeable Items

    • Products that are fully functional, non-defective, or match the description provided are not eligible for exchange.

Strict Non-Negotiable Terms

  • Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not applicable for reasons such as “changed my mind” or “no longer needed.”
  • Products that fail to meet our return/exchange conditions will be rejected without exception.
