Shipping Policy
1. For in-store purchase, immediate hand over will be conducted with cash or mobile banking payment.
2. For Campus delivery, there will be free shipping charge, delivery time 0-1 days
3. Inside Dhaka, delivery cost 60 taka, for cash on delivery, the delivery charge must be given advanced
4. Outside Dhaka, delivery charge 110 taka, for cash on delivery, the delivery charge must be given advanced.
5. Both home delivery and point delivery is available at Steadfast, our delivery partner.
6. If customer recommend other shipping company like Pathao, SA Poribahan or Sundarban, then the delivery cost will vary as per the logistic company policy.
7. For emergency delivery, Pathao or Uber will be used, the shipping charge will be as per app or company policy.
Refund Policy
1. For in-store purchase, there will be no refund.
2. For- In Dhaka online purchase, if any product defect or damage is noticed, and informed untill the rider/ deliveryman is present, then the advanced money will be refunded within 1 day.
3. For- Outside Dhaka online purchase, if any product defect or damage is noticed, and informed untill the rider/ deliveryman is present, then the advanced money will be refunded within 3 days.
4. For both case, the refund will be conducted by mobile banking or bank, where the advanced was sent.
5. If not checked and reported immediately after getting the shipping, there will be no refund or return.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
1. If customer don’t receive product when delivered or want to cancel after ordered product is shipped, the advanced money will be cut as cancelation fee.
2. If dress does not fit or size is not matched, the exchange can be made with recommended delivery fee.
3. If not checked and reported immediately after getting the shipping, there will be no exchange or return.
