Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of delivery.
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You receive a damaged or defective product
- You receive the wrong item
Conditions:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof (image/video) may be required for verification
Once approved, refunds will be processed within a few working days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (before shipment).
- After receiving the product, you can request a return or exchange within 24 hours if:
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
Conditions:
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Return requests after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted
